Stuart Brothers (West Indies) Limited is the longest established manufacturer of flavouring concentrates for the food & beverage industries in the Caribbean, having started in Trinidad in 1950.

We obtained our ISO 9001 certification in 1999, and in 2012 upgraded to the prestigious GFSI-FSSC 22000 certification, the very first to achieve this in the Caribbean.
Stuart Brothers has fully automated operations and invested heavily in computerisation, upgrading of machinery, and staff training. We have recently expanded our main facility, more than doubling our storage and production space.
We cover all of the major areas of food manufacturing in the Caribbean. The strongest areas of product offering is in the carbonated beverage category followed by still beverages, flavoured waters, alcoholic beverages, and value added beverages.
